  The rousing rallies woke-up fellow freedom fighting friends. You energetically responded in your community. Thank you, American Patriot, and Congratulations!

     Rabbi Eukel pre-interviewed 75 T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) organizers and State coordinators across the United States. The vast majority, 87%, had never done anything like that before. Most, but not all, did not know if the rising river they were riding was a memory moment or a momentous movement. The short-sightedness and first-level fervor, for some, led to not collecting names, addresses, phone numbers or emails. Many of those Patriots became Special Guests on Ramble & Rumble with Rabbi, a live Internet radio broadcast Rabbi Eukel hosts Monday-Friday from 6-7:30AM CST.

     The Patriot events were not only a memory moment. The pictures, YouTube uploads and images posted in blogosphere were more than just historical references to say to our over-burdened-with-taxes-grandchildren, "I remember when we protested massive government spending. See, there I am holding that poster with the Slammin' Slogan: 'Bitterly Clinging to Guns & Religion and I'll Keep the Rest of the Constitution Too!' But then we went home, thinking our patriotic duty was completed."

     Surely, your involvement was meant for more than a memory?

     The answer to the question, "What Now?" has been the launch of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY.

    GOD-fearing, honest, incorruptible men, women and young people are urgently joining to lead locally. Not to the exclusion of other concerns. After all, the American spirit is able to achieve and applaud many great causes at the same time. The driving transformation to restore and renew our Judeo-Christian vision and values in our own community touches us daily. Massive government spending through taxes and debt financing, we dramatically feel the pinch in local living cost increases - gas, food, housing, clothing, taxes, fees and property assessments. The "trickle down" floods our budgets raging through our house, the school house, the court house, and yes, even the church house.

     Thomas Jefferson said about big government give-aways, "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."

     LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY has sounded a clear clarion call. Unnoticed by the national chattering class are the Local Liberal Elitists whose blind ambitions or selfish services slips us toward socialism, or worse.

     The local transformation movement has begun. It is called LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY. It includes you, your family and your neighbors.

     You are not being asked to join a self-important national organization who wants your $50, $100 or $500 in a down economy only to be hit-up again with another crisis market-driven ploy three or six months later.

     You are being urged to join LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY for $10!

     LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY  is a strategic organization locally. Neighborhood joins neighborhood in common causes. Your locally elected officials dare not ignore your active, energized and focused local leadership. 

     Two questions you are asking about now ... (then we have two questions for you)

     1.  What value do I get for my $10 as a Member of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY?
     2.  What is expected as a Member of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY?

     Fair and tough questions. Here are the answers.

     First, it is a one-time, life-time Membership of $10. $9 goes directly back to your affiliated and qualified LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY neighborhood organization. Second, it is your hard-earned and valued money. You voluntarily offer to join with other like-minded American Patriots in your neighborhood.

"Collaborating in Community" you are simply pledging with others:

                                        I am responsible. 
                                        I resolve to partner with other neighbor Patriots
                                            to restore and renew our Judeo-Christian vision & values.
                                        I begin in my house, the school house, and the court house.

     The second question we imagined you asking is, "What's expected?" Members of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY are expected to encourage and participate in the sponsored events in your neighborhood.

     Two events are strategically planned. One is on-going. the other is suggessted to occur, in conjunction with others, each spring and early fall in your neighborhood.

     They are detailed in the boxes below: Project Precinct Protection and American Revolution Oratory Competition. You are urged to review the two strategic neighborhood to neighborhood events of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY.

        These two friendly gatherings will also give you and your neighbors the clear opportunity to identify the "Local Leaders" among your neighborhood Members of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY. Who emerges that can be trusted with the organizational integrity, development and growth for the transformational future? Your neighborhood elected and affirmed Local Leader will manage the funds and be responsible for the success of your qualified and affiliated LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY neighborhood organization.

        Okay ... what is meant by qualified and affiliated LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY neighborhood organization? Hey ... you had two questions, and then I would ask two ...

        It is important, so let's answer it now.

        LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY has a working purpose. We expect agreement from Members and their affiliated neighborhood organization. The Scripture mandate is from Exodus 18:7-27, especially verse 21 "... select capable men (women, too) from all the people - [men] who fear GOD ... and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens." See also Acts 6:3.

        LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY has a mission. We expect affiliated local neighborhood organizations to work toward that mission successfully to qualify and maintain qualification.

        Much is being built NOW! Your early leadership participation will shape important energy and efficiency for the future growth and development of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY.

        Now our two questions.

        Will you join NOW, today LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY?

        And with your enthusiastic "YES!" response, we ask ...

        Will you be one of the first 10,000 members over the next 100 days to establish early a strong LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY?
        
        Each day we mark the passing of the first T.E.A. rallies it becomes a fading memory for some. YouTube videos, photos and follow-on rallies have value but do not fully translate into transformation. 

    Were those events worth more to you than a local badge of honor? Was it not for you, as it is for me, a heart-burn passion to restore and renew the preservation of life, liberty, justice, pursuit of Godly happiness and the reduction in massive government spending (often funded by stealth taxes)!?

IMPORTANT: Along with your Membership, enclose all of the following in clear print: 

• Name, Address, City & State, Zip code, Phone Number & Email Address
• County & Precinct Designation (which you can obtain either from your Voter Registration Card of call your County clerk's Office
• Include, briefly, any background information you desire to share that would help us appoint you as the "Acting Leader" until your first neighborhood organizational meeting
• Enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of your uniquely Numbered Life-time Membership Card, which also becomes your receipt.

First, thank you, my fellow American Patriot. Every Member and Leader of this association of neighborhoods is necessary as a vital part of this strategic transformation movement.
In fact, for your neighborhood organization to be affiliated as a developing LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY, we encourage you to have at least ten Members.
That means, of course, they, like you, are American Patriots, who complete the Association Application. Look, numbers count. We want to encourage and equip your neighborhood organization to count.
So, get ten together, with each of them strongly encouraged to get one, who will get one, in the next ten days, just like you. That simply means in the first 10 days of your affiliation with LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY, you have encouraged and equipped each other to grow to 100 Members.
When your neighborhood organization of LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY has grown to 100 Members you are both affiliated and qualified to receive back $9 of the $10 one-time, life membership fee for each Member. You do the math. We have. It means your LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY  budget begins with $900 cash on hand! A good start in ten days. Before the Founder can send your well-earned funds, however, there is some paperwork that must be complete:
#   Every Member should have signed the LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY pledge and affirmed it before your Members.

#   Every Member should have a complete Association Application on file locally, and forwarded to the Founder.

#   Every Member should have their one-time, life Membership fee of $10 invested, and received from the Founder their uniquely numbered Membership Card as a receipt.

#   Your neighborhood LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY should adopt the Association's Bylaws, elect officers, determine financial institution to deposit funds and set your regularly scheduled meetings (e.g., 2nd Tuesday monthly at Rabbi & Dee Eukel's home in Mount Vernon, MO 541 Country Lane with gavel at 6:45PM CST, adjournment by 8PM), all of which should be fully communicated to the Founder.

#   Your neighborhood LEADERS LEAD LOCALLY should communicate to the Founder, in writing, who the event managers (and their assistants) are for Project Precinct Protection and American Revolution 1773-style Oratory Scholarship Competition, including contact information (name, address, phone [work/home/cell], email).

#   Obtained from your County Clerk, you should make a clear clean copy of all Precincts, the Precinct Committee men and women (including address, phone contact) for all Political Parties in your County, and forward a copy to the Founder.
#   You shuld forward to the Founder the High School Principal(s), Assistant Principal(s) and Counselor(s), Name of High School(s), Adress, Phone Number in your County from which you should be recruiting Juniors and Seniors for participation in the American Revolution 1773-style Oratory Scholarship Competition.
